In our extremely busy and strenuous lives most of us hardly have the time to prepare breakfast before we head out. Even if it isn’t a lavish breakfast we should make it a habit to have something in the morning so that our body is fueled enough for us to do our work efficiently. Breakfast literally means to break our fast. In the morning our body becomes famished since we don’t eat anything throughout the night.

- The lack of food in our body makes it extremely difficult for us to concentrate on our work.
- Adrenaline and cortisol will kick in as your body’s natural coping mechanism. This results in low mood and high stress levels.
- Skipping meals also slows down your body’s metabolism.

- Breakfast restores the glucose in our body which gives us energy to carry out our work efficiently.
