It’s no news to you that staying hydrated is very important for maintaining good health. Drinking sufficient liquids is the first step when you’re on a mission to lose weight. . But just drinking water can get boring sometimes so you need to replace it with something appealing. I’ve prepared recipes of few drinks that will not only help you meet your daily liquid requirements but also will help you burn a few kgs.

1) Lemon ginger water

What you’ll need:

  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • ½ piece of lemon
  • ½ tsp. cumin powder (roasted)
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:

  1. Add ginger and cold water to the blender and blend it
  2. Pour it in a glass
  3. Add lime juice and cumin powder
  4. Stir well before drinking

2)Aloe Fat burning drink

What you’ll need:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 tbsp. aloe Vera juice
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Instructions:

  1. Add aloe Vera juice to a glass of water
  2. Add lemon juice and ginger powder
  3. Finally, add 1 tbsp. of honey to the drink and mix well
  4. Add ice if you want and drink up!

3)Cumber detox drink

What you’ll need:

  • 1 bottle of cold water
  • 1 whole lemon
  • ½ sliced cucumber
  • 5-6 mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. To the bottle or pitcher of water, add all the ingredients
  2. Let them infuse for 30 mins
  3. Substitute this with normal water and sip throughout the day
