Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Nuts, berries, seeds (optional)
Recipe:
- Add the banana, oats, eggs and baking powder into a blender
- Allow It to stand for 10-20 minutes until it is thickened
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
- Pour a little maple syrup and add nuts, berries or seeds on top.
