Do you absolutely love pancakes but can’t eat them cause of your diet ? Try these absolutely delicious and quick HEALTHY oat pancakes and  start your mornings on a good note.

 

Ingredients:  

  •  2 Bananas 
  • 2 eggs 
  • ½ cup rolled oats 
  • ½ tsp baking powder 
  • Nuts, berries, seeds (optional) 

 

Recipe: 

  • Add the banana, oats, eggs and baking powder into a blender 
  • Allow It to stand for 10-20 minutes until it is thickened 
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides 
  • Pour a little maple syrup and add nuts, berries or seeds on top.
